This interactive workshop will give SBAIC members practical take-always on the legal do’s and don’ts of doing business internationally. This session will include:
  • “Legal Don’ts” of doing business internationally – -required due diligence steps in international transactions
  • “Legal Do’s” of doing business internationally – -practical and business-oriented advice to maximize legal compliance and minimize liability
  • Tips for preparing your international representation agreement.
Presenter, Andrea M.
