Today’s digital economy allows us to participate in international trade without leaving our desks, making it increasingly important to know the legal rules of doing business internationally. This interactive workshop will give SBAIC members practical take-always on the legal do’s and don’ts of doing business internationally. This session will include:
  • “Legal Don’ts” of doing business internationally – -required due diligence steps in international transactions
  • “Legal Do’s” of doing business internationally – -practical and business-oriented advice to maximize legal compliance and minimize liability
  • Tips for preparing your international representation agreement.
Presenter, Andrea M. Ewart, Esq. is the founder and CEO of DevelopTradeLaw, LLC, which provides custom-tailored business-oriented solutions to the legal challenges that face companies doing business internationally.
